My Favorite Websites Are Safe, Fun, And Non-Habit Forming
When I get up each morning I first turn on the computer and then second make the coffee. As predictable as that is so is my favorite website browsing habits. I usually start out by going to Facebook.
I’m not so much a participant as a spectator. I like to see what my friends are doing, saying, etc. If I feel so inclined I make a comment to something they said or did. Most of the time I just look at the recent posts and then log out.
I enjoy puresilva.com for their website tools.
The next website I go to is MommySavesBig.com. It’s a website that lists the most current free sample offerings from a variety of companies. Who doesn’t like getting free stuff in the mail? I’ve sent away for and received a pen, prunes, body wash, facial cream, food, coffee and perfume. I don’t mind filling out the short forms and checking the box that says I’m willing to receive emails from the offering company. If I don’t find anything that I’m interested in then I close that and move on to our local weather/radar website. I work for a roofing company so I need to know if rain is in the immediate forecast.
Other websites that I like to browse when I have time are Hulu, our local grocery store, Amazon.com to see what I feel like spending (a great alternative to eBay), my Mechanical Turk earnings on and Allrecipes.com.
I like Hulu because you can watch movies for free. I just recently realized I should’ve been connecting my computer to our TV and watching the movies on the big screen. At the grocery store website I look for the bogo sales and at Allrecipes.com I like to be adventurous and make stuff I’ve never made before. These are my favorite websites.
